Wells Fargo Bank Violates Federal Banking Laws - Kier Management - Kier Property Management - Video Clips. Duration : 7.78 Mins.
HOW in the hell did THIS happen??? Kier Property Management had a "contact" at Wells Fargo Bank named, James Urie. In December 2005, Kier opened 2 DBA-Business Checking accounts at Wells Fargo, in my name, DBA Peery Apartments. Kier failed to provide proof to Wells Fargo Bank that a DBA had been filed, as is required by law and by Wells Fargo Bank business banking procedure. Somehow, with the help of James Urie at Wells Fargo Bank and through Wells Fargo's Wholesale Business Banking division, Kier was not only able to illegally open these accounts without providing any of the documentation that is required by law, but they were able to keep the accounts open for 4 years. Federal Banking Law dictates that in order to open a business checking account, proof must be shown that a DBA has been filed, or the bank must deny the account creation. Kier Property Management, with the assistance of a Wells Fargo Bank employee(s) not only violated Federal Banking Laws for 4 years, they also caused a branch of the United States Government to issue checks totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars, to a business that didn't legally exist. In MOST circles today, that is considered MONEY LAUNDERING. See more at: bit.ly
