As part of their comprehensive crime prevention program, (the ONLY part), Kier sent me newspaper articles and video clips from every known new agency in the State.... I guess they thought I'd want them for my scrapbook???? While doing an online search, to see if I couldn't find out what actually happened that night, I came across THIS video on KSL's website. For argument's sake, let's consider the possibility that Kier was the BEST property managers on earth, instead of the worst..... (OK, stop laughing) If things were really getting that out of hand, why wasn't security for the building brought in after THIS occurred, instead of waiting for someone to get killed there?
